Lecture on the War in Europe. The St Dqvid's Society has decided to hold a grand concert in the Exposition Music HaII on Saturday, November 7 in aid of the Welsh who are suffering in the present war. Therc is seating for thnee rnd one half thousnnd people in the hall, and it is expected that every seat will be sold. Head of the organizing committoe is WilI J. Walter. Wiltiam J. Jones of the Pittsburgh Bank for Savings is in charge of the musical program. The chief singers in the city have volunteered their services.
