Pembroke's 19th / Early 20th Century Development
It is still possible to access Victorian Pembroke through family memories and photographs. It was a time which saw great changes - the coming of the railway and an engineering works in the Main Street. The sea was still a main highway, the coastal trade continuing well into the 20th Century.
